HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please sign in to your account and follow these steps:

  1. Select your child
  2. Select the date you want the meal to be delivered. If the date is gray, schools are not in session that day.
  3. Tap “Customize Lunchbox”
  1. Choose Main Course
  2. You can “Filter” the menu by dietary restrictions: Gluten Free or Vegetarian.
  3. Customize Meal by selecting; Drink and Snack option. “Add to Cart” once you have finished.
  4. Add “Special Lunch Instructions” if any.
  5. Add a personalized note to your kid, and we will add it to their Lunchbox.
  1. Once you have finalized customizing the meal for your child, please go to “Cart”, to start the Checkout process.
  2. Tap continue to Checkout.
  3. Select your “Payment Method.
  4. Place your order.

Note: If you have more than one child, or if you want to order for additional days you will need to repeat the process from 1 to 8.

HOW CAN I REORDER A MEAL?

Reordering lunch for your child is super easy! Please sign in to your account and follow these steps:

Note: When you reorder a lunch, you will not be able to edit. This order will be repeated exactly as your previous order.

  1. Go to “Orders” and look for the order you would like to repeat.
  2. To find your order faster; “Filter By” child or date.
  3. When you find the order tap “View”.
  4. Tap “Reorder”.
  5. Select all days you want this order to be scheduled and tap “Reorder”.
  6. You will see a confirmation message indicating that your meal is in the “Cart”.
  7. When you finish, go to “Cart” and start the checkout process.

Note: If you want to reorder more lunches, please go to “Orders”, and repeat the process from 1 to 5.

Tip: Plan a week of meals because you can only reorder for the same day of the week of the initial order for the time you desire

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Please sign in to your account and follow these steps:

Note: You can cancel your order before the cut-off time, (12:00 PM the day before).

  1. Go to “Orders”
  2. Select the order you would like to cancel and tap “View”.
  3. Tap “Cancel”.
  4. Confirm that you want to cancel your order, Order is canceled.
  5. When you cancel an order, you will receive a credit. You can use credit on future orders. Go to “Account”, underneath your name you will see how much credit you have available.

CAN I EDIT A MEAL ONCE IS IN THE CART?

Unfortunately, after adding a meal to the “Cart” you cannot edit it. You will need to delete the meal and start over.

Please sign into your account and follow these steps to delete a meal:

  1. Go to the “Cart”.
  2. Search for the meal you want to delete.
  3. Tap the X icon.
  4. Confirm that you want to delete the meal, and the meal is deleted.

WHAT IF I FORGOT TO ADD A MESSAGE OR INSTRUCTIONS TO AN ORDER?

No worries! You can always add instructions after placing an order. Cut-off time rules apply, (12:00 PM the day before).

Please sign in to your account and follow these steps:

  1. Tap “Orders”.
  2. To find your order faster; “Filter By” child or date.
  3. Tap “View”.
  4. Tap “Edit”.
  5. Write your instructions, Tap “Save”.
  6. Done! Information is updated.
